Abbey Lane Homes (a division of B & R Development Corporation Ltd.) is an Edmonton based condominium and land development company that was established by Bruno Mastroprimiano in Edmonton 1980. Over the years, Abbey Lane Homes has developed expertise in all phases of condominium and land development becoming one of Edmonton’s most respected condominium developers. We've designed and constructed over 20 condominium communities - many among Edmonton’s finest.

From the prestige of One River Park on Saskatchewan Drive to the ultra cool styling of Venetian in downtown Edmonton, Abbey Lane creates signature communities that grow long term equity better than most. Abbey Lane Homes has designed and constructed over 20 condominium communities within Edmonton and surrounding areas including the downtown river valleys most prestigious address of Rossdale Estates, one of our first projects.
